Business Boost

Boost Tourism’s Business Boost is recommended as the foundation for all new customers. Business Boost is a three-month mentoring program designed to help you improve operational efficiency, streamline your sales and marketing activities and increase online visibility to boost your business and increase sales.

Starting with all parties signing a confidentiality agreement ensuring that you can trust us in keeping your business information private. We then conduct a complete review of your current sales and marketing, and overall operations to establish your current position and your goals moving forward. We will also conduct an audit of your business’s digital activities.

Following the initial consultation, we will provide you with a business development strategy and implementation plan to put these activities into place. We will develop this plan in consultation with you as the business owner to ensure all strategies are realistic, achievable and fit within your budget and time constraints. 

We work with you throughout the three-month period to guide you through the implementation of the activities in the plan, including monthly meetings and weekly check in to keep you on track. We will assist in connecting you with industry contacts who can help increase your presence in the tourism marketplace and maximise existing and new sales opportunities. In addition, we will provide a dedicated service to improve your digital presence in the key areas identified in your digital audit, ranging from social media, website optimisation or search engine marketing.
